Hello to anyone happening to be reading this! I just wanted to leave some occasional updates about what I'm doing on my website, in case anyone cares.
I graduated on the 17th, and am now furiously looking for a "real" job, while working on a few contract and freelance gigs. What are they? Glad you asked.
White Horse is a longer short film directed by River Roubaix. I've been working with him for more than a month capturing footage from their movie, and am editing it in Final Cut. We're hoping to get a trailer up for it in the next week or so!
I'm also doing some freelance work, both on my own and for Fraemus Films, a wedding videography company based in the Toledo area. I'm getting a lot of chances to work with my Canon 60D and Premiere Pro, which I've only used for short projects before. I'm looking forward to trying out a lot of new plugins and presets with the software.
Besides that I'm just really enjoying the opportunity to relax after a semester of being gone at school all day... it's nice to be able to sleep and see my girlfriend again!
